The operation rules and maintenance methods of plastic granulator are as follows:
(1) seriously studying the instructions for use of equipment, we should understand the structural composition of plastic pelletizer and the function of main parts of each part.
(2) after training, operators should memorize plastic pelletizer to operate production procedures. After actual operation assessment, qualified persons can independently carry out production operations.
(3) when the production is operated independently, the equipment failure and quality problems of the products can be found in time, and the problems can be eliminated.
(4) know how to maintain and maintain the equipment.
(5) when a major failure or accident occurs in the production of equipment, it is necessary to report to the workshop personnel in time and explain the failure of the equipment and the possible causes.
(6) without the approval of the workshop leader, no one is allowed to use the equipment that the operator is responsible for, and the operator has the right to stop it. When the operator agrees with the workshop leader, the operator of the equipment should be guardianship.
The production tools and accessory parts on the equipment shall be kept by the equipment operator and not allowed to be stacked arbitrarily. If the damage is lost, it should be responsible for the loss of duty.
It is not allowed to make any personal injury or damage to equipment for any reason or excuse.
