Plastic granulator belongs to a kind of plastic extruder. Many plastic products are produced by plastic granules in production. So the application of plastic granules is very extensive, and the use of plastic granulator is also very wide. Before we produce plastic granules, we should reverse calculate the cost of plastic granules according to the quality and cost of products, so as to adjust the proportion of plastic raw materials to achieve the purpose of cost accounting. We use kneader to mix plastic raw materials, plastic recycling materials, oil, calcium powder and so on. After mixing all the raw materials evenly, we can put them into the feed port of the plastic granulator for extrusion production. The raw materials enter into the screw barrel of plastic extruder through feeding port and begin to plasticize. Then the screw of plastic extruder shears, mixes, compresses and other forms of processing, and then extrudes into the cylindrical strip we need at the die head of plastic extruder. Usually, the cylindrical strips extruded by plastic granulator are many strips, which can be formed after water cooling. Finally, these products are pulled to the granulator for granulation, so that we can get the plastic particles we need. The common materials of plastic particles are PVC, PP, PE and so on. Some plastic particles are of good quality, while others are unsatisfactory. So we need to produce plastic granules according to the actual use and the cost we need. But the quality of plastic granules is different, the screw design of the plastic granulator used in different proportions of raw materials is different. We need to choose the equipment configuration according to the quality of products we need.
