The quality of the equipment itself is very important, but the daily maintenance and maintenance of the equipment is also very important. According to the type of equipment and working conditions, the basic maintenance methods are:
I. Bearing Maintenance
The lubricating oil should be added to bearings regularly to ensure lubricity between bearings, but not excessive lubricating oil.
2. Tool Maintenance
1. In order to ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge, the cutting tool should be checked regularly to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other parts caused by blunt edge gap.
2. When the blade becomes blunt or notched, the blade can be re-sharpened and reused. When grinding the tool, pay attention to keeping the blade angle consistent with the original angle to achieve the best shearing function (the best time is 3 to 6 months to repair or grind the tool once)
3. When replacing the cutter, pay attention to the clearance between the moving cutter and the fixed cutter:
The thickness of plastics is 0.1-0.9 mm, and the gap is 0.3 mm.
The thickness of plastics is 1.0-2.0 mm, and the clearance is 0.5 mm.
The thickness of plastics is 2.0-3.5 mm, and the gap is 0.8 mm.
III. Cleaning and Replacing Screen Mesh
When replacing the new screen mesh, there may be a situation that the pull button of the screen bracket is not tight or can not be fastened. At this time, only the fastening screw of the pull button should be loosened, and the upper and lower positions of the pull button should be adjusted so that the pull button can fasten the screen bracket. After adjusting the position, tighten the screw again and fasten the fastener firmly.
IV. Daily Maintenance
1. Check all kinds of power supply before starting. After electrification, check the operation direction of the main body of the crusher is correct; then rotate the flywheel by hand to check whether there are metal and other foreign bodies in the crushing chamber. Before crushing, it must be checked. It is forbidden to mix metal, wrench, screw, scissors and other sundries in order to avoid missing the cutter and the crushing chamber and accidents. If found, it should be cleaned up immediately. Check the tractor part to see if there are foreign bodies in the middle of the two rollers, and finally check whether there are foreign bodies in the fan. All the above procedures must be checked one by one.
2. Whenever the crushing process is finished or the operation is stopped (remember: the plastic nozzle material must be crushed and the fan feeding is finished, the machine can stop).
3. If abnormal noise is found in the crusher during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for professional maintenance personnel to check and repair, and the machine can be started only after troubleshooting.
4. Check whether the electrical components and lines are in good condition, and the electronic components should be grounded reliably.
5. After the inspection of each component, the machine can start. When operating, the material should be evenly put in.
